Adeo Ressi, CEO of the Founder Institute, Visits Kejora

Adeo Ressi is a serial entrepreneur, and the creator of Founder Institute, a global organization built with the goal of training people to become great entrepreneurs and creating over 1,000,000 jobs. To date, Founder Institute has created more than 1,000 companies per year in 78 cities globally. One of them is Indonesia.

Founder Institute Jakarta has been running its 5th semester this year by Andy Zain since 2011. More than 60 mentors have listed in Founder Institute Jakarta since then and all of them are still active in FI sessions.

In late May 2015, Founder Institute Jakarta just won Founder Institute Director Award - Best Ecosystem Builder for Asia by Adeo Ressi and what an honor, he paid a visit himself to our campus at KejoraHQ on June 1st. Adeo Ressi shared a lot of knowledge both about himself how he becomes successful and his experience with startups. He mentioned that he usually doesn't travel a lot because he has to work 120 hours per week. And yes, he was still working during the session.

We had a Product Development session on June 1st and Adeo Ressi decided to direct the session. Mentors for that session were On Lee (CTO of GDP Ventures and Kaskus), Natali Ardianto (CTO of Tiket.com), Richard Fang (CEO of Weekend Inc.), Budi Rahardjo (CTO of Indo CISC & ITB Lecturer) and Razi Thalib (CEO of Setipe). All of them are serial entrepreneurs who had experience in building at least 1-2 startups.

All Jakarta Founder Institute teams closed the night by having drinks with Adeo Ressi.
