Kejora Access: Entrepreneur in Residence Program

Kejora Capital is proud to announce the launch & debut of our premier Entrepreneur-in-Residence programme: Kejora Access.

Access will be our flagship program that seeks to invite high-performing individuals in the field of business who are looking into becoming high-impact venture founders ready to take on the gauntlet of transforming the lives of millions in Southeast Asia and beyond.

For our successful applicants, Access will primarily provide support in seven (7) distinct ways. Beginning with initial funding, Access will provide you with sufficient capital to help get your ideas off the ground, while taking the burden of having to worry on initial incurred expenses. To help you materialize your ideas, Access will not only support you in matching with strategic co-founders from our pool of highly vetted talent pool of various expertise, we will also support you in developing your very first business canvas and model, sales and marketing plans, go-to-market strategy, and even provide aid in the development of your MVP, customer experience roadmap, and company branding. From there on, we will help you grow and scale by putting you on the map: through our extensive network of strategic stakeholders and partners, we will help you in connecting with relevant contacts to assemble your very first fleet of pilot customers or partnership arrangements with our existing portfolio companies. To sustain our partnership in the long run, we will continue to guide and help you with future follow-on fundraising efforts in order to enable you to scale to greater beyonds, including and not limited to the regional and global expansion of your venture.

To qualify, Access is seeking for operators, investors, and entrepreneurs from various fields who have at least 5-10 years of experience, and are ready to scale to be a CEO or C-Level executive, with demonstrated history of prowess in leadership and management in leading firms or ventures. More specifically, we seek for professionals who are detail-oriented, success-driven, and excellent self-starters with experience in P&L ownership and management, a knack for strategic thinking, adaptable foresight and visionary faculty to pressing problems , as well as a deep understanding of digital business concepts, with preferably previous experiences in start-ups.

Commitment-wise, your placement in Access as an EIR will be a part-time role that will eventually lead to a full-time position within 6-8 weeks upon a successful identification of a tactical idea that can be executed into a worthy, investable business. Do note that we prefer candidates based in Indonesia, Singapore, or those who are flexible to be relocated in the future.
